Making A Purchase

Browse our collections and add any items that you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. There is no minimum order value. Currency is in US Dollars and we accept payment by credit card only. 
We will use your email address if we need to contact you so please make sure that you enter it correctly. 
We do our best to represent colors correctly on our website; however, your screen will affect how the colors are displayed. Plump & Co cannot be held liable if your chosen color is not as you anticipated when you placed your order. If you are not satisfied with the yarn and would like to return it, see our Returns Policy below.

Delivery

On placing the order you will receive an order acknowledgement email confirming that we have received and are processing your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that your order is dispatched within a maximum of ten working days. All goods are subject to availability and we will notify you if we are unable to supply your goods immediately. Allow 15 working days before contacting us regarding the delivery of your order.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the items within 28 days from the point of sale. Your returns must be in brand new condition with labels/price tickets still attached in order for them to be accepted for a refund. Any goods returned in a used condition or incomplete will not be eligible for a refund. Please attach a covering letter and a copy of your invoice or receipt. We will refund return postage costs only if there is a fault with the item or if an error has been made by Plump & Co.

Order Cancellations

Sometimes an order can be cancelled by our system, and this may be due to one of the following reasons:-
  • Discontinuation of an item
  • Incomplete payment information
  • Incorrect shipping address
  • A duplicate order was placed
  • Cancellation was requested by the customer
We will notify you if for any reason we need to cancel your order. 
We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions of business at any time without prior notification.
